Terralink Insurance Completes Acquisition of Eight Agencies in Three States

ANN ARBOR, MI — Terralink Insurance Services, a technology-enabled insurance brokerage, announced it has successfully acquired eight independent insurance agencies across Michigan, Texas, and Louisiana, expanding its national presence and enhancing its capabilities in both commercial and personal insurance lines.

The terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Terralink offers a full suite of property and casualty (P&C) and employee benefits solutions. This latest round of acquisitions supports the company’s strategic goal of combining local expertise with the scale and innovation of a national insurance platform.

“These agencies are respected leaders in their markets,” said Ethan Rowe, CEO of Terralink. “They share our values, our client-first mindset, and our commitment to excellence. We’re excited to welcome them into the Terralink family.”

Agency Integration and Growth Strategy

Each of the eight agencies will operate under the Terralink brand and gain access to the company’s advanced technology, marketing resources, carrier relationships, and centralized service support. Importantly, all employees will also be included in Terralink’s Employee Purpose Plan, an equity-based incentive program designed to ensure that every team member shares in the company’s long-term growth.

“We’re building a business where every employee has ownership in the outcome,” said Rowe. “The Employee Purpose Plan is a core part of our culture—it ensures our success is truly shared.”

“Lead Nexus gives our teams the insights and tools they need to grow efficiently while continuing to provide exceptional service,” said Rowe. “We’re not replacing the human element—we’re enhancing it.”

The platform supports teams by automating time-consuming tasks, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and improving the overall client experience.

“These partnerships bring more than new markets—they bring trusted relationships, operational excellence, and strong cultural alignment,” Rowe said. “We’re growing with intention, not just scale. Our focus remains on delivering value to our clients, our teams, and the communities we serve.”
